Scott P. Card received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, with a minor in Portuguese, from Brigham Young University. He received his law degree in 1994 from Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles. He has been a part-time professor at Brigham Young University and is a frequent lecturer regarding juvenile legal issues to community groups, high schools, colleges and universities. Mr. Card practices primarily in the areas of wrongful death and personal injury, criminal defense, landlord-tenant law, and juvenile and adoption matters. He is engaged full-time in litigation and trial work in a variety of civil and criminal cases. Mr. Card also mediates divorce and other family law matters. Helping the individual is Mr. Card’s primary concern.
