Commercial disputes

Disputes between commercial landlords and their tenants can be complex. At Fillmore Spencer, we recognize that businesses live or die by their income, and so our commercial real estate attorneys work to resolve commercial occupancy disputes quickly and accurately. We draft ironclad contracts that anticipate disputes and other potential changes in circumstances, or vet and recast existing contracts appropriately.
